Glendy Valdez started the company in 1982 with a former business partner, and is the current President of the corporation and serves as the General Manager. Her college education is in Business Administration specializing in accounting and management. Her experience in accounting spanned 10 years in the Retail Clothing Industry before starting the company and she has 21 years experience in the food industry.

Mike Hanks joined the company in 1991 and is now a shareholder and Vice President of the corporation and serves as the Operations Manager. His education is in Business Administration and he has worked in the food industry for over 28 years.

Gary Hanks is the Chief Financial Officer of the corporation. He received both his BBA (marketing and accounting) and MBA (accounting and finance) from Southern Methodist University. He began his career with Arthur Anderson & Company and has additional experience in both the finance and computer software fields.
